No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of a physical original or a print does not transfer reproduction rights to the buyer.
Restrictions: You may not scan, copy, resell, or distribute images of my work for commercial purposes without a separate, written licensing agreement.
Social Media: You are welcome to share photos of your purchased art on social media, provided you credit Diana Sutphin, Sutphin Studio.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Because art is often delicate or made-to-order, clear rules help prevent misunderstandings.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5 (five) business days. Diana Sutphin Studio is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes on international orders.
Returns
Original Art: All sales of original paintings/sculptures are final. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Prints: Returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email dsutphin@swva.net within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.
Product Accuracy: I make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However, due to monitor variations, the physical artwork may vary slightly from the digital image.
Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars. I reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Prohibited Use: You may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
